Being in charge sounds rather grand until you realise nobody in town is particularly keen on working. Buildings need attention, resources are dwindling, and another invasion is already on its way. Your cards determine which problems get solved first, while a conveniently obedient undead army handles the more aggressive complaints from outside the walls.
The full game is already unlocked, with the complete mix of city building, card strategy, roguelite decisions, and tower defence available to play. Keeping the settlement afloat takes a little improvisation, especially when your plans refuse to survive contact with the next enemy wave. At least the skeletons aren't asking for a lunch break.
