Some deals work out, some don’t, and you kind of figure it out along the way. A few paid things open up later anyway, so it’s not like you’re stuck with nothing.
Most of the time it’s just guessing prices. Put it too high, nobody bites. Too low, you regret it right after. After a while you get a feel for it, but early on it’s a bit of a mess.
