Originally released for Xbox 360 in 2007, this rather overlooked Naruto adventure has received an unofficial Android port from GitHub community developer Masterllgod. Some of its mechanics show their age, particularly beside newer anime fighters, but Konoha remains a lovely place to get lost in. There's something endearing about a Naruto game that actually gives you time to wander between battles.
Young Naruto still has plenty to prove, and Konoha has no shortage of odd jobs to keep him occupied. The full game is unlocked, so there's room to follow his early journey, practise new techniques, and poke around the village between story missions. The pacing belongs to another era, but watching that loudmouthed kid gradually earn some respect remains oddly satisfying. Sometimes the smaller adventures are the ones worth returning to.
