Once the business starts bringing in serious money, new rigs and facilities begin to change the pace. The shop content is unlocked for free, so you can skip some of the slower resource grind and get into the broader management side sooner.
Driving stays fairly approachable, with a straightforward third-person view and enough vehicle weight to make the trucks feel useful rather than decorative. Later on, hired workers take over some of the routine chores, shifting the experience from one-person oil runner to something closer to running a small industrial outfit.
